Aerolith Studio provides web design, development, optimization, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and contracts.
Project fees are quoted before work begins. A 50% deposit is required to start work, with the balance due upon project completion. Optional monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance. All prices are in USD.
Each project tier includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed at $100/hour. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of design delivery.
Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) are subject to their own licenses.
Optional monthly maintenance plans include the services described at the plan level, such as edits, performance checks, SEO monitoring, and support. Aerolith Studio does not sell hosting; clients host their own sites with their chosen provider.
Aerolith Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may cancel a project with 14 days' written notice. Completed work is billed at the agreed rate. Maintenance may be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
