Privacy policy

This preliminary policy describes the private foundation release and will be reviewed before commercial launch.

Information collected

Public beta and contact forms collect the information submitted by the visitor. Administrative and customer services record authenticated activity, license checks, security events, and pseudonymized network identifiers.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to respond to requests, operate accounts, enforce authorized access, validate entitlements, deliver updates, and maintain security records. Commercial retention terms remain under review.

Customer-controlled installations

Customer deployments are expected to remain under the customer’s control. Connected Aerolith services should receive only the information needed for the service requested.
